MK Real Estate Group, a residential & commercial real estate company, was founded by Melissa Jennings and Kora Chang in August 2008. Both began their real estate careers in 2001 after working at corporate jobs in marketing. They have sold millions in properties all over Chicago and its surrounding suburbs.

Our Team:
Melissa began working in the real estate industry in 2001. She is experienced with clients across the board ranging from the first time home buyer to developers to investors. Lately, Melissa mainly concentrates on commercial properties including mixed use, strip centers, multi-family, industrial, and retail. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois and resides in East Village
Melissa enjoys networking, business technology, running, horseback riding, biking, traveling, and anything related to the Fighting Illini. This fall she plans to run the marathon for the American Cancer Society.
Kora has been in real estate for eight years and is knowledgeable about lending, new construction, property management, short sales, foreclosures and investment properties. Kora is very passionate about educating buyers/sellers on every step of the real estate process. She is committed to making sure that her clients have a pleasurable buying or selling experience.

Katie joined MK Real Estate Group, LLC in 2008 with an extensive knowledge of the entire Chicago area due to four previous years of real estate experience. During those four successful years in sales and marketing Katie obtained a vast referral base as a result of her excellent customer service. Katie's acute sensibility to match home and buyer has been a key to her success. Katie graduated Cum Laude from St. Mary's College with a double major in Mathematics and Economics. Katie utilizes her economics background adeptly in the real estate market to the maximum benefit of clientele.
